THE RACE EXPERIENCE
An AIMS-Certified Global Qualifier
The Cebu Marathon is proud to hold an official certification from the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS). This guarantees that our course is accurately measured to strict international standards, allowing participants to use their finish times to qualify for the world's most prestigious marathon majors.
Conquering the CCLEX
The crown jewel of our route is the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX). As the longest and tallest bridge in the Philippines, the CCLEX provides 42K and 21K runners with a monumental physical challenge, rewarded by breathtaking, panoramic views of the Mactan Channel as the sun rises over the city.
The Spirit of Sinulog
The Cebu Marathon is deliberately timed to coincide with the Sinulog Festival, one of the grandest cultural and religious celebrations in the Philippines. We bring the festival to the streets. Expect the route to be alive with vibrant colors, traditional street entertainment, and the rhythmic pounding of Sinulog drum beaters pushing you toward the finish line.

The Cebu Marathon 2027 is meticulously organized by DJT Events in collaboration with Cebu City Sports Commission.
Founded by passionate runners for runners, the event producer Cebu Executive Runners Club (CERC) is dedicated to putting Cebu on the map as a premier global sports tourism destination. With the unwavering support of the Cebu City Government, presenting sponsors, and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, we are committed to delivering a safe, seamless, and unforgettable race weekend.
